Artist/Track Submission RulesAs Everyone should know by now, 55.9 Online, formaly known as, 55 Online Radio is an internet radio station that plays the best in Hip-Hop/Rap, Rock and Alternative music from unsigned artists we also try to get those unsigned artists the airplay they deserve. So with that said, There are a few things we need to ask from anyone who would like to submit a track to 55.9 Online, a list of rules if you will.
1.) We prefer CDs sent via snail mail, with a letter or even a post it, telling us what song you are looking to get in rotation on 2.) If you really can't spare a CD, we will stlll accept an emailed, 320kbps mp3 from here on out you will have to be able to provide us a 320kbps file that we can download, because we have switched up our stream to get a better quality sound to our listeners. Because, if you sound good, we look that much better. 3.) It is very important that if you do email me a 320kbps mp3 file, that it is tagged with the proper info. "Artists Name, Song and Album Name" if its a single, in place of album name, type "Song name [single]". There are so many times I'll get songs that are not tagged, I'll tag em and then be asked to add this and that or I didn't tag it right... Thats about it, Thats all I ask
